• How can I place an order?

  To place an order: simply click on a product on the homepage or use the “Products” button in the menu. Select your desired size and quantity, then add it to your basket. Create a customer account and proceed to checkout. Choose a payment method, and you’ll receive your order confirmation and updates via email.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  Payments are securely processed via our Stripe integration. Current available options include credit card, iDEAL, and Google Pay.

• Do you offer international shipping, and what are the shipping costs and delivery times?

  Our webshop is set up to ship within Europe. If you wish to place an order from outside Europe, please contact us—we’ll be happy to assist you with your order.

  Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 0–1 business days. Delivery time is 1–2 days within the Netherlands and 2–3 days for other European countries.
